library is based on two major, but independent, blocks:

- Using a dictionary approach to store and retrieve package

- Using satisfiability, a well known and researched topic, for
  resolving package dependencies.

selection - Fix choice rule handing for package downgrades - Fix complex
dependencies with an "else" part sometimes leading to unsolved dependencies
