Update Information:

This update takes python-uvicorn from 0.15.0 to 0.23.2, which delivers several
upstream features and fixes. It also resolves a Python 3.12 build failure. -
https://github.com/encode/uvicorn/blob/0.23.2/CHANGELOG.md It also takes
python-httptools from 0.2.0 to 0.6.0. This is very little change according to
the upstream release notes, but is required to provide the minimum version
needed by python-uvicorn. -
https://github.com/MagicStack/httptools/releases/tag/v0.3.0 -
https://github.com/MagicStack/httptools/releases/tag/v0.4.0 -
https://github.com/MagicStack/httptools/releases/tag/v0.5.0 -
https://github.com/MagicStack/httptools/releases/tag/v0.6.0 Finally, this
update also includes a new build of python-uvloop (same upstream version),
