Update Information:

Automatic update for libmks-0.1.5-1.fc39. ---- libmks is a new library that
aims to replace the usage of spice-gtk in say GNOME Boxes or virt-manager once
they are ported to GTK 4. The rendering path is pretty decent but we still lack
few features to be a drop-in replacement of spice-gtk.
