cargo2rpm implements a translation layer between cargo and RPM. It
provides a CLI interface (for implementing RPM macros and generators)
and a Python API (which rust2rpm is built upon).

Update Information:

Update to version 0.1.8.  This release has no changes to existing functionality,
but adds a new subcommand for cargo2rpm to parse a "vendor manifest", which can
be used to implement an RPM generator for bundled crate dependencies.
