Product : Fedora 38
Version : 5.27.8
Release : 1.fc38
URL : https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kpipewire
Summary : Set of convenient classes to use PipeWire in Qt projects
Description :
It is developed in C++ and it's main use target is QML components.
As it's what's been useful, this framework focuses on graphical PipeWire
features. If it was necessary, these could be included.

At the moment we offer two main components:

- KPipeWire: offers the main components to connect to and render
PipeWire into your app.
- KPipeWireRecord: using FFmpeg, helps to record a PipeWire video stream
into a file.

Update Information:

KDE Plasma 5.27.8 update ---- This update backports a [proposed upstream
change](https://invent.kde.org/plasma/powerdevil/-/merge_requests/230) to
disable automatic suspend in virtual machines. It only applies to newly-created
user accounts - the first time a user account logs into KDE, if the system is
detected to be a virtual machine at that time, auto-suspend will be disabled by
default for that user. Existing user accounts will still have auto-suspend
disabled. You can change this setting on the Power tab of the control center,
and doing so is recommended to avoid the VM hanging when it attempts to auto-
suspend.
