The desktop-backgrounds package contains artwork intended to be used as
desktop background image.

Update Information:

Updates desktop branding to no longer perform background setting. This is set
via the desktop-backgrounds-budgie package. When installing both packages and
rebooting, assuming no changes done to the background you should be greeted with
the Fedora 39 background. Upon login, you should also be greeted with the Fedora
39 background.

This update can be installed with the "dnf" update program. Use
su -c 'dnf upgrade --advisory FEDORA-2023-a8847a9386' at the command
