cargo2rpm implements a translation layer between cargo and RPM. It
provides a CLI interface (for implementing RPM macros and generators)
and a Python API (which rust2rpm is built upon).

Update Information:

Update to version 0.1.7.  This release adds a bunch of new APIs for comparing
`Version`s with each other (i.e. `>`, `<`, `>=`, `<=`, `==`, and `!=` operators)
according to the precedence order defined in the Semantic Versioning spec
(including ordering rules for pre-releases).
