This is a lightweight library which can be used to query the IPFire Location
database.

Update Information:

This release improves an importer tool to use RIR Geofeed data, to remove out-
dated data from a database. It also updates translations, adds a Bash completion
in an optional libloc-tools-bash-completion package, and updates the location
database to 2023-07-31.
