Update Information:

Initial Fedora 37 package for `python-openapi-core`, `python-openapi-spec-
validator`, and `python-jsonschema-spec`.  Updates `python-openapi-schema-
validator` from 0.4.1 to 0.4.3. Backward incompatibility: Missing format checker
for format no longer raises `FormatError`; `strict-rfc3339` and `isodate` extras
removed.
