Update Information:

This update for various Rust crates updates them to the latest Rust crate
package template (using rust2rpm v24), and fixes other issues (mostly missing
license files and / or wrong license metadata) which should also be pushed to
stable branches (other Rust packages that are regenerated with rust2rpm v24 are
only updated in rawhide).
