Update Information:

This release fixes a crash when converting a modulemd-packager object, parsing
empty profiles, and quoting number-like string values. It also adds a support
for decompressin ZStandard-compressed YAML files and removes a dependency on
large libmagic library while retaining an ability to detect supported
compression formats.
