Update Information:

- Update the pipewire, pipewire-sys, libspa, and libspa-sys crates to version
0.6.0. - Update the errno crate to version 0.3.0 and add a compat package for
version 0.2. - Adapt helvum to build against v0.6 of the pipewire crate.  Fixes
FTBFS issues of rust-pipewire, rust-libspa, and rust-helvum with recent versions
of pipewire on all branches of Fedora.
