-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2023-f6cc86e4f5 2023-02-13 00:40:32.405080 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name : zvbi Product : Fedora 37 Version : 0.2.35 Release : 19.fc37 URL : http://zapping.sourceforge.net/ZVBI/index.html Summary : Raw VBI, Teletext and Closed Caption decoding library Description : ZVBI provides functions to capture and decode VBI data. The vertical blanking interval (VBI) is an interval in a television signal that temporarily suspends transmission of the signal for the electron gun to move back up to the first line of the television screen to trace the next screen field. The vertical blanking interval can be used to carry data, since anything sent during the VBI would naturally not be displayed; various test signals, closed captioning, and other digital data can be sent during this time period. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: Avoid requiring systemd for systemd rpm scriptlets There is no need to require systemd as systemd correctly handles reloading regardless of the transaction ordering (even if systemd is installed _after_ the package that installs the unit file). This fixes fedora flatpak runtime build where zvbi got added to due to ffmpeg dependency changes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog: * Sun Feb 5 2023 Kalev Lember <klember@xxxxxxxxxx> - 0.2.35-19 - Avoid requiring systemd for systemd rpm scriptlets * Sat Jan 21 2023 Fedora Release Engineering <releng@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> - 0.2.35-18 - Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_38_Mass_Rebuild -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This update can be installed with the "dnf" update program.
