That sounds like a great talk, and I'm glad you've found a perfect chance to 
show off the Jam Spin! Please let us know how it goes.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to install the Jam software and themes 
without using the whole Spin. We have talked in the past about making a yum 
group for use with the "yum groups" command, but I don't think anybody's done 
it yet.
