Is the kickstart you used different from those in git?
No this is exactly what you get from the git kickstart, built with
releasever=18. In fedora-live-base.ks, which it pulls in, I commented
out the rawhide repo and uncommented the normal ones pointing to
fedora + updates + updates-tesing.
