There are nightly spins available on Jørn's server, but it seems to be
unavailable right now. Some discussion on what you can do in the
meantime after this warning:

If installing it you need to be aware that it's currently available is
based on the Fedora 18 development and that is still in beta. There
were some nasty bugs in the installer, e.g.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=855976
'automatic' partitioning wipes entire disk *without warning* (that
last bit's the real killer...). Should now be fixed in builds after
8th October, but in general be careful. Just running the live image
without installing has been okay for me, still have to get round to
installing it in a VM properly.

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_jam#Kickstart.2FISO_File has
links to both Jørn's nightly builds (currently down) and the kickstart
file (specifically
<http://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/music-creation.git/plain/spin-kickstarts/fedora-jam/fedora-live-jam-kde.ks>).
To build it you need to use the Fedora spin kickstart files, see
<http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/music/2012-September/001344.html>.
I can provide fuller instructions if you do want to go down that road
and need help.
