I used the TPs when I was actively doing Ambys work: Knowing what is new and if a new change can be appealing to a certain audience. But I'm probably one of the minor public that actually uses it.

I see TPs as a "human-readable" change set, a way to show in a non-technical language what's new and what's awesome, it's meant to be a great way to make people to understand the changes, but actually I'm not sure too much people uses it. I think the best way to know this is to query ambys and other interested teams if they find it useful, or even if there are changes/modifications/improvements to make them better.

I can run this poll, but we need to come with an medium to make this (web poll, ML, Meetings).
