VCS is an older format and has a version 1.0; ICS is a newer and has a version 2.0. From the sample you have sent it is VCALENDAR version 2.0, which means it is an ICS file. What exactly means "but not working" ? Has the upload of the file to the google calendar failed ? If so, were you using upload via ICS file or via URL ? Or the upload went fine and the calendar has not shown up ? What ICS file from the https://fedorapeople.org/groups/schedule/f-26/ directory you were using ?
