All: Thanks to Patrick's diligence, we have all of the social media accounts' passwords gathered together and placed into safe keeping. Unfortunately, I have found a problem... in the past, with the Fedora Twitter account (@fedora) managed with HootSuite, I was able to generate monthly analytics reports for the channel. Now, with @fedora access only granted with TweetDeck, I am not able to do this. TweetDeck has no analytics tools and using the native Twitter analytics is not possible with direct access to the @fedora login information. So, with hat in hand, I would like to ask for access to the @fedora account for HootSuite. I would lock the channel up so that only I would have access to the channel. To further secure it, I could ask Patrick to log into my HootSuite account and connect the @fedora channel himself to my account, so I would never actually see the password information. Sorry to flip on this, but I was not aware Tweetdeck no longer had analytic tools. Feedback welcome! BKP
I don't know if there was a resolution to this yet, but I didn't see a reply in the list. I'm CCing to the Infrastructure list since they're likely the best ones to review this request.
