Some remarks:
Points 1-3 seems to be related to mobile phones (Android?). We don't have any app permissions on Fedora/Linux.
Point 4 - 8 - password does no help you by any mean. If someone stole your laptop it can be booted to runlevel 0 - rescue mode and you don't need any password then. You can read all data. Only thing which helps you it's home dir (or whole drive) encryption, which is also mandatory for all laptops owned by various companies.
Point 10 - if you have skills to install third party code on linux you probably know what you're doing. It's no so easy as on Windows.

- those tips may help you, but there are far more important ones:
1. Always have your browser up-to date, use the latest one
2. Don't install extensions from unknown sources, use official store.
3. Don't visit suspicious web sites (warez, p0rn, etc...) because those usually contain malware/trojans. If you need to do so, use browser private mode and/or sandboxed browser.
I'd also shorten the article/tips to increase readability.
