Graphical upgrades post on the Magazine

hi all,

I have just polished up the post on the magazine for the the new feature in Fedora 24: Graphical upgrades. It is kind of short, but hopefully it is to the point, and pretty sure it covers most of the points about this new exciting feature.

Also, in the article, I talk about being able to update to 24 from 23 using the updated gnome-software in F23, but this package is not in Fedora 23 yet, and wondering if we should hold off on posting this until we are certain that it will make it into Fedora 23...
