 I haven't noticed this as much of an issue lately, and I'm not sure if
 there is any more configuration we can do to resolve this. For the last
 month, I've hardly seen any legitimate comments slip into the spam queue,
 unlike even two or three months ago.

 We agreed in the meeting to close the ticket with no resolution needed.
