Yep, that's the way we usually do it. For highlights section, we can copy/paste Beta announcement. I actually think we're almost there https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/F22_Beta_release_announcement as this time Beta announcement was best we've ever had :). And only update it for final, merge with F21 final sections and add FPL beginning!
