Hello,

I've made quite a few changes to the draft.

I noticed some things that I feel need to be pointed out:

- the "call for papers" invites people to make submissions - it is that
formal announcement that is made by the organisers of the conference.
It's odd to say "the call for papers has now closed" - "call for papers"
is not a time period IMO. I know people understand what that means, but
I would think it should read "the submission period for sessions has now
ended" or "the deadline for submissions has passed" and so on. This
applies to the website too, which at the moment says "call for papers is
now closed" - it should say "the submission period has ended".

- the fedoramagazine has a global audience and a lot of them may not be
well versed with the workings of the community. Therefore, we shouldn't
take it for granted that all our readers know what a FUDCon is, or what
a CFP is, or what a BarCamp style conference is, or where Pune is ;).
Therefore, in each article, the first time an acronym or jargon is used,
it must be explained (it's also a guideline we follow in academic
articles)

- articles can either be written in active voice or passive voice, but
whichever it is, the entire article should be consistent - the two
shouldn't be mixed (I tend to write in active voice).
