Since this seems to be coming up more and more frequently, I updated the
answer to this question on Ask Fedora:

WE have the "Contribute to the Fedora Magazine" banner that is on every page -- and i regularly respond to all feedback in there.

THere is also this page that I point people to when walking them through getting into the magazine for the first time
