I could take care of the weekly question section and moderating comments, probably will be easier than write a full article since I tend to have a lot of grammar errors :) 

I would need some privileges to moderate and write, unless there is another process I still don't know. Question: Should I create a wiki page with the questions ideas or should i go directly with drafts at the website?

A note (or reminder to myself, if you prefer) : the spam comments bin should be cleaned out before beginning anything explicitly intended to be interactive, and actively monitored during.  Iirc, there were *thousands* the last time I logged in.  Losing valid comments in that pile would be understandably discouraging to participants.

We have enabled Akismet that handles the comments. It automatically approves or moves to a spam folder new comments.
