Hi Giuseppe, yes, there's a lot of work to do, but I think marketing has to be at an higher level than the contact with users. Contacting users is an ambassadors job, and ambassadors have to be supported by the marketing. Maybe we can talk about the job of an ambassador joining the mktg group without mixing skills; sometimes people don't have a clear idea about difference between this two groups.
