Hi Rahul,
We don't use it at the moment, but there certainly has been discussion of wanting to use it for something, or perhaps needing it for something in the future - e.g., Fedora Insight, or perhaps access to accounts that tweet/dent from the @fedora name.
But it is a good point, particularly since it can be misleading to newcomers. I'll add it to the agenda for the upcoming meeting to see what others think.
