There is supposed to be a F13 Alpha banner, a few of which were
created here:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/F13_Artwork#Alpha_Release_Banner

I'll see about getting one installed now.  If it's the wrong one, we
can fix it later, but I don't think anyone's particularly concerned
about which is used.
