I made https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Template:Talking_points and did a bit more work on https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Talking_points_SOP, but the latter won't be done until talking points are done. (They're chosen, but the descripts of the chosen ones on the page now need to be polished up.)
