Strengths: Free and open minded project. Contributors are the highlight
Weaknesses:
1. Rapidly moving packages and cutting edge which are sometimes not stable and well integrated
2. Perceived as developer distribution, non-tech / general users does not see Fedora fit for them
Opportunities: Get more user mindshare and expand distro user base
Threats: Other Linux distros, specially desktop ones
