Where is the documentation on whats going on with this, if any? What

I honestly haven't had the time I wish I could dedicate to getting all
of the modules packaged.
In addition, Toshio pointed out several problems which have required
packaging some additional php modules.
I'd argue we are 2 months away at our current rate - and I am probably
forgetting about some critical path stuff that needs to happen.
