Fedora is not involved. IBM is bundling apps with commercially certified
distributions for OEM's.
I expect that if/when packages will be provided for RHEL (free of
charge, as I understand) there should be no big trouble installing them
on Fedora if someone really wants that (not really needed, as a Fedora
desktop has already Free counterparts).
