There are some *real* ways to make it happen:
- join the Fedora Art list and help with getting the Art Studio spin built;
- find some more useful applications and package them for Fedora (the
same about fonts and clipart);
- work with *upstream* projects producing those applications (like
PiTiVi) and help them improve so we automatically get in Fedora better
tools.
