Hi all, Are we interested in such a publicity thing? Is anybody willing to do something? Regards, Fabian -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Questions of www.silicon.de Date: Tue, 6 Nov 2007 15:13:11 +0100 From: Lutz Poessneck <Lutz.Poessneck@xxxxxxxx> To: <fab@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Dear Fabian, I'm an editor with www.silicon.de, a leading German news service for IT-professionals, part of CNET Networks (www.cnet.com). We are planning to publish a photo gallery to deal with the topic 'What for and why I'm using Fedora'. The aim of the photo gallery is to inform our readers about Fedora and to give examples how to use it. Ideally the gallery may have such a structure: a photo of a certain Fedora-user with some information about himself (for instance: profession, employer), then some photos, indicating what for and why he uses Fedora (for instance: screenshots of his favourite Fedora-applications, screenshots of applications, which he dislikes at Windows .... or another creative image-idea), then the photo of the next Fedora-user, then photos of his favourite Fedora-applications ... and so on. To give you an example, a photo gallery on www.silicon.de looks like this: 160 years of Siemens http://www.silicon.de/enid/client_server_host/30233 Can you help me to get in contact with Fedora-users, who are willing to show their passion in a photo gallery? I'm interested in any information. If we can find many interested users, we may also publish a serial. Also: Another topic for a photo gallery would be 'The history of Fedora ' - do you know, where to get corresponding photos? Possible also: 'Fedora in use' (for instance in a project) - these photos should be up to date. If you come up with an idea for a photo gallery - you are welcome. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
