Right. Contributing back to the community is not a trademark requirement
but explicit permission for the logo is. It would be nice if they do
contribute back as some percentage of their profits however.
If you can, send them a polite mail and point them to
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Logo (assuming they do use it).
