I have to say that I recently used OS X Tiger (last version I used was Panther) and I must agree with the overall "rigidity" of it. Still I also agree about some of the statements about how OS X feels "superior" to Fedora (not that it really is superior, rather it has more planning and is a homogeneous base, compared to the Linux distros ground), and like a friend of mine some time told me: "It's all about the applications, stupid". That is oh, so true. Mac OS X with Free and native applications is delicious to use, but then again, so is my Fedora box... At a fraction of the TCO of a Macintosh. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Fedora - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFGRgQQXM+XOp70dwoRArQTAJ43rv29FXRJNaaoN6gUPn0OaKQArwCdFjq1 /3u3vtLktIUfJVCTTmWaBDU= =d+aJ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- Fedora-marketing-list mailing list Fedora-marketing-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-marketing-list
