talking points for Fedora 7 release announcement

We are going to try something new and exciting for the Fedora 7 release
announcement that is traditionally written in only in English.

The plan is for us to write up a list of "talking points" by
collaborating on fedora-marketing-list (under this thread), and on the
Wiki[1]. Local country/region teams then write up their own
announcement, following a simple process that includes vetting the
quality of the content.

The fedora-fr.org team did this last release on their own, and it had a
good impact. By formalizing it, we make it easier for other teams to
follow suit, and we ensure that the message quality and contents are
similar. The plan is to have Ambassadors lead the effort but work
closely with the language-specific translation (L10N) teams. This is a
good blend of marketing and content experience.

Here is the announcement/RFC to Fedora Ambassadors sent a few weeks ago:

Here is the page where the work is being done:

According to the initial schedule, the first draft of the talking points
is 22 March, following feature freeze. Let's get started!
