Any interest in an article about how we've modularized release notes
writing?

"Release Notes Beats:  Old Journalism for the New World"

Something like that ...

Also, a "book review" of the Fedora Installation Guide might nice.

How about,

"Contributing to Fedora, It's More Than Coding"

that highlights bug triage, documentation, packaging, Legacy support,
etc.
