Let's see:

- newer/better/faster/more
- OpenOffice 2.0 pre
- GNOME 2.10
- KDE 3.4
- Eclipse & the java stack, in all its huge glory
- Extras by default at release time
- PPC now included, for your now antique macs (ok, leave off that last part)

That's the big highlights off the top of my head.
