Maybe I'm not at the right place here, but does anyone know who I should contact for suggestions about the website

I think it's a good idea to put a list of Fedora fora in other languages on this page:
http://fedora.redhat.com/participate/communicate/
Under "Forums".
It will be easier for non-english speaking users to find a forum in their own language.
A few examples of site's in other languages:
