Glest to be retired soon as Megaglest is almost packaged

Thanks to PSPA, Megaglest should be in Fedora soon. Once it is, I plan to 
retire Glest as it no longer has an upstream. If anyone really wants to see 
the older Glest stay in Fedora, please speak up.
