And how to realize it for all those early Extras packages that got
reviewed on the mailing lists or got imported from freshrpms and
fedora.us directly? Those have no review ticket in bugzilla.

IIRC someone collected that kind of info lately (for the package DB?)
but I'm not sure if the results are available somewhere.
