There was a thread about on fedora-devel-list; the end result of that
thread was that tcl was being backed off.  There was even discussion

This certainly should have been announced on fedora-maintainers, but
at least it was discussed with the community in some sense.

Where would be the right place to announce this sort of thing? It seems like we have 3 redundant lists where it could be posted: fedora-extras-list, fedora-maintainers-list, fedora-devel-list
