interpreter? Is it OK to package it for FE?
Also to be clear, that line does not mean anything to say how the work
can be distributed and used. It does not say that the user could
create a derivative work, or put the game wad onto a cd they sold, or
if they could even distribute it to other people.
+1 Andrea, the best thing todo would be to track down this "Brian Howarth" and get a
license clarification from him.
