Thus I believe lbreakout cannot be included as is however Debian does
have it in main. My guess is Debian just overlooked this and this cannot
go into FE as is. Opinions anyone?

p.s.
Chances are high that if the concensus is this cannot go in as is I'll
do a rebranded version and package that.
Have you tried contacting upstream and pointing out this potential
trademark issue with them? A Fedora rebranded version will cause
confusion similar to Firefox/Iceweasel.
