The following guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/DistTag#head-5fff04551074fb311a96352be7e7cc3006c90f25 indicate to put the dist tag at the very end of the release tag. If the previous release tag of streamtuner had been "14.1%{?dist}", would it have been correct?
