I assume that you are refering to https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-extras-commits/2006-October/msg01273.html It seems that Rex Dieter surely opened a bug report and asked you to fix it: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=207180 about one month ago, and he continued to contact you. However you don't seem to have reacted against this bug report according to bugzilla report.
