Okay, with the renamed beryl fork, I think you actually can have them
installed in parallel, as all the bits are renamed, including header
files, libraries, etc.

Oy. It go boom. In different ways on 3 different systems. This was a
9/20 snap though, might have better luck with beryl 0.1.0...
