What should we do about an awol package submitter
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=187706), does the
existing AWOL maintainer policy apply ? I contacted the original
submitter directly but no luck, and his last entry is 6 months old.
I would like to request a competing package submission be allowed in
this case as there seems to be a lot of interest to have this package in
time for FC6, or let someone else take over the review. either way.
